Cancellation:
Our refund policy is applicable until the commencement of your first learning session. Once your initial session begins, we regret to inform you that we cannot facilitate a refund. To be eligible for a refund, a valid reason for course cancellation is required. Kindly note that a refund request must be submitted prior to the initiation of the first learning session.

Refund Eligibility:
For the refund process, we mandate a receipt or proof of purchase. Eligibility for a refund is subject to a valid reason for cancellation. Please refrain from sending your receipt directly to the Tutor.

Partial Refunds:
Certain situations may warrant only partial refunds, especially if you have accessed our recorded classes.

Refund Process:
Upon your class cancellation request, our associate will meticulously review refund eligibility and communicate the outcome to you. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed. The credited amount will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If a refund has not yet reflected in your account, please check your bank statement. Subsequently, contact your credit card company, as the posting of a refund may take some time. If the issue persists, reach out to your bank, considering that a processing period is standard before a refund is officially registered.
